Mark 16 v 1-20

Summary:

The bible says that we all fall short of the glory of God. Gods Word is the highest authority we will ever hear. We see the resurrection power in this passage in Mark. One day there will be no pain, tears or sadness. True peace comes when Jesus is the head of the church.
The bible is testimony of itself as it is the Word of God. We do not worship in vain as people have seen that he has risen. God never wanted death and pain and sickness but it is his plan to put it all right. Our part is to believe. We have all sinned but if we repent and humble ourselves he will give us eternal life. The disciples didn't understand that Jesus had to go to the cross- Jesus asks us to walk by faith and not by sight. His resurrection power applies to us today as it meets our needs. The same power that brought him back from the dead will work in our lives this week.
As Jesus rose he said to his disciples go into the world and preach the gospel. We must also go and tell what he has done in our lives. He will give us the Words to say and he is still working in our lives today
