Thank and praise him this year

Psalm 30 v 1-5
Summary: 

People try to put effort in to change and improve their lives. Exalt means to lift up, glorify, honour and praise. David exalted the Lord. Like David we can look back and see all the things the Lord has done for us. When we pray God hears and he answers, How many times have we been in need and God has heard our cry.
In v4 David is saying thank and praise him and give him the appreciation. Our appreciation should be new every morning.
In v5 there is more to praise him for. His anger lasts only for a moment and he has a vast amount of love for us. It is above any other love that we will experience. He has not dealt with us as we deserve, his favour lasts a lifetime. V 5 also says that weeping may stay for the night but rejoicing comes in the morning.
God is our ever present help in time of need. No matter how dark a situation- his help is on the way. Lets make it our intention to thank and praise God.
God is always in control of our lives.
