Summary: 

David was a man of God and whatever the situation God was with him. Davids God is the same God we have today and our God can use us in the same way. David was respected by Darius and Nebuchadnezzar and they knew he could be trusted. The king set him over the whole realm because there was an excellent spirit in him. He was faithful and there was no fault found in him.
David was in a situation where he could be thrown to the lions but despite this David still prayed openly towards Jerusalem. David served God continually. He was thrown to the lions but he had no wounds because he trusted God.
In v25 we learn that He is the living God and steadfast forever. His dominion will never end.
1/ The same God with Daniel is the same God we have with us now. The Holy Spirit is with us and we have the Holy Spirit to help us
2/ Because we have the Holy Spirit we don't need to do things in our own strength. God wants our church to grow and he has a plan.
3/ God will never let us down. Jesus has secured our lives and he is with us wherever we go. God is the answer to our every need.
He is with us 7 days a week.
